Delete Your Data

Aether Games lets you delete your data at any time. This page explains what gets deleted and how to request deletion, including if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete from within the app (fastest)

Open Aether Games.
Tap the Settings icon.
Under Account, tap "Delete data" and confirm.

This removes your saved games, statistics, and profile from the device and, if you are signed in, from your synced account in the cloud. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app — for example, you've uninstalled it — email us from the address associated with your account (the Google account you signed in with) at games@aethercontent.dev with the subject "Data deletion request". We'll verify ownership and delete the data associated with your account.

What data is deleted

Your account record and authentication association (email, display name, Google account identifier).
Your synced game progress, statistics, and preferences (Cloud Firestore).
Your profile (avatar, frame, display name).
Any feedback you submitted that is tied to your account.

What may be retained

Aggregated, non-identifying analytics and crash diagnostics (if you did not opt out) may be retained by Google Firebase according to Google's standard retention settings. This data is not tied to your identity and cannot be used to re-identify you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 30 days of verifying your request.
