These terms govern your use of the Aether Games mobile app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Signing in is optional. If you sign in, you are responsible for activity under your account. Your game progress and settings are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your data at any time from within the app (Settings → "Delete data").
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be preserved. Keep your own backups of anything important to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the app.
We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time. We may also update these terms; continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
